Profile

With 20 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, I have worked for companies and organizations in Hawaii, Florida, California, New Mexico and Massachusetts. My skills include all aspects of print and web design and production, as well as advertising and marketing. My educational background includes a Computer Graphics Certificate from Pratt Institute in New York City, and a BFA from Ithaca College in New York State. My creativity and initiative will contribute to a collaborative production of high quality work.

I have been working as a freelance designer in Hawaii for both regional and mainland clients. I’ve had the privilege to work with many not-for-profit organizations and research projects such as: Hawaii Conservation Alliance (HCCC); U.S. Fish and Wildlife (USFW) Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument Invasive Species Team; James Campbell USFW Refuge; and Guam National Wildlife Refuge. For the past 8 years, I have delivered a wide range of design and web work for the Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel, Florida. Other recent clients include: Surfline Hawaii (JAMSWORLD); Island Style Images; Advanced Marketing Solutions (AMS); Hawaii Meals on Wheels; Tony Robbins Enterprises; Saratoga Summer Dance Intensive; Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF); The Urban Development Group; and Mitchell J. Architecture, Inc. Before settling in Hawaii, I worked as a designer in San Diego for Stoorza Advertising and Public Relations, and as a designer and advertising manager in Santa Fe, New Mexico for High Mountain Press.

My depth of knowledge, creative thinking, and technical skills, along with my experience working with editors, vendors, and other designers make me a solid solution to your design and marketing needs.
